Sodastream CO2 to Aquarium Regulator Adapter - Use Sodastream CO2 for your aquarium!

This product is a handy little adapter that allows you to use Sodastream's BLUE CO2 tanks with any aquarium CO2 regulator. 

One of the biggest challenges with aquarists wanting to try CO2 is the cost and inconvenience of having a huge CO2 tank sitting around. Sodastream canisters are the perfect solution to this issue, because they're very small and compact and relatively cheap. The canisters can be purchased from most grocery stores for $30, and can be refilled for $15. One full Sodastream tank can provide a 20 gallon tank with CO2 for 2-3 months. 
 For tanks 55g or larger, we do recommend just biting the bullet and getting a 5lb CO2 canister, since the Sodastream canister might last less than a month and will wind up becoming costly to maintain. 

This adapter securely screws onto the top fitting of BLUE sodastream canisters (unfortunately no options for PINK canisters), then screws into the fitting of any CO2 Regulator for aquariums. Check out our CO2 collection for reguators we recommend. 

It is very important that this adapter is firstly affixed to the regulator, then to the CO2 canister, and not vice versa.
